This included developing Easy English and visual guides to support their understanding of the RPA panel.<\/p>\n<p>We found that the normalisation of virtual platforms such as Zoom meetings has made the RPA panel more inclusive. This has allowed us to use Zoom meetings to gather feedback from all stakeholders\u2019 post-panel attendance.<\/p>\n<p>We are continuing to develop other ways to \u2018hear\u2019 the voices and views of our customers and stakeholders, to ensure we can champion choice and control in our service delivery.<\/p>\n<p>Northcott maintained 100% compliance with all reporting requirements for restrictive practices used during service delivery. This Framework is the set of relationships and responsibilities which shows Northcott\u2019s commitment to safe, person-centred services with clear risk management functions and a focus on continuous improvement.
